Our Story
Aghadeer Building Contracting L.L.C. started with a simple goal: build homes people could trust. Nearly two decades later, that's still what we do. We're a Dubai-based construction company that specialises in villa construction, structural works, and civil contracting — and in that time, we've grown from a small team into a company with over 45 professionals working across three branches in Dubai and Sharjah.

How We Work
Every project we take on is backed by a team of engineers, supervisors, and skilled workers who know the difference between a house and a home. We handle the technical side — compliance, structural accuracy, safety — so our clients don't have to worry about it. Construction can be stressful; we try to make it a little less so, by doing what we say we'll do, on time and to spec.
Whether we're the main contractor or working as a sub-contractor alongside developers and consultants, our approach doesn't change — always working to UAE construction standards and local authority regulations.
